Job Summary
Geraghty, Bonnano & McCormick, LLC is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have estate planning and probate experience and will assist with all aspects of estate planning matters and probate administration. Experience with TurboCourt is required, and real estate closing experience is a plus. The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive, professional attitude when working with colleagues, attorneys, and clients; be a self-starter; and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be a notary public or be willing to become one. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a 401(k) plan. An associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies is preferred.
