In-House Executive Recruiter

GEP is looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Executive Recruiter to support leadership hiring across our global business. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring senior talent from the services, consulting, technology, and business transformation domains, with a strong emphasis on quality, speed, stakeholder partnership, and market intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring senior leadership talent in consulting or professional services environments and will be comfortable partnering directly with business leaders on strategic hiring mandates.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in our GEP Clark NJ Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialist roles across consulting, services, operations, technology, transformation, and commercial functions.
• Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, business context, and candidate success profiles.
• Build strong talent pipelines from consulting, professional services, SaaS, technology, procurement, supply chain, and transformation-led organizations.
• Drive proactive market mapping, competitor intelligence, and direct sourcing for niche and senior-level roles.
• Engage passive candidates through compelling outreach and consultative conversations.
• Assess candidates for leadership capability, consulting mindset, stakeholder management, business impact, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the interview process, candidate experience, feedback loops, offer discussions, and closure.
• Maintain strong reporting discipline through hiring dashboards, pipeline updates, and market insights.
• Support diversity hiring goals by building broad and inclusive candidate slates.
• Act as a talent advisor to business stakeholders by sharing market trends, compensation insights, and hiring challenges.

Required Experience

• 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to executive search, leadership hiring, or senior professional hiring.
• Strong experience hiring from services, consulting, professional services, technology consulting, business transformation, or enterprise solutions environments.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring mandates.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Ability to assess senior candidates beyond resume fit, including leadership style, business impact, communication, and stakeholder maturity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and stakeholder-driven environment.
• Prior experience in executive search firms, consulting firms, or corporate leadership hiring teams will be preferred.

Candidates who have recruited for roles in areas such as consulting leadership, transformation, procurement, supply chain will be highly relevant.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
