Responsibilities
Bcore seeks a Data Consortium Manager for a defense-focused data consortium. The team member will drive collaboration between the sponsor, analysts, and vendors; and manage/lead all aspects relevant to program performance. Greater than 25% of time traveling locally (DC, NoVA), with frequent non-local CONUS and OCONUS travel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing (lead or deputy) an IC or DoD data consortium as it pertains to staffing, task assignment, schedule, financials, risk mitigation, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience as an analyst or similar role within the IC or DoD
- Demonstrated understanding of the TCPED process
- Demonstrated understanding of OSINT and commercial data
- Demonstrated experience driving cross organizational results
- TS/SCI eligible
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Experience evaluating and acquiring data
- Experience managing OTAs
