What You’ll Do
As a Cabinet Finisher & Processing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in creating the signature look and feel of our interiors. This is a hands-on role focused on wood and bamboo finishing, where precision and attention to detail matter. You’ll be:
● Assembling custom cabinets with precision, following detailed plans and specifications
● Sanding, routing, and preparing cabinet components to ensure smooth, flawless finishes
● Install hardware, fixtures, doors, trim, and other components with attention to detail and quality standards.
● Using hand and power tools such as drills, routers, and clamps to securely assemble parts
● Keeping safety front of mind - using PPE and following shop protocols on every task

● Maintaining an organized and clean workspace to support efficiency and focus
● Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship
Every cabinet you finish directly impacts the quality and feel of our vans — your craftsmanship will be a defining touch for our customers’ experience.
What you bring:
● 2 years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, finishing, or carpentry
● Confidence with routers, sanders, and other hand/power tools
● Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish work
● Valid Driver’s License (Required)
● Must be able to pass a background check
● Must be able to commute to or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301
Pay and Benefits
● $25–$28/hour, based on experience
