Required Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude
Manufacturing experience and skills a plus
Able to read and understand mechanical blue prints
Any Lean Manufacturing experience a definite plus
Good math/problem solving skills
Read and understand blueprints and schematics
Soldering skills
Expectations:
Perform electrical or mechanical assembly
Hand soldering components onto circuit cards
Wire harnessing
Assembling small components
Using small electrical hand tools and soldering iron
Must have fine manual dexterity skills and the ability to follow standard work instructions and drawings
Will be testing parts, will be doing continuity checks
Quality control and inspection of small electronic parts used in multiple industries
Inserting wires and small electronic devices in fabricated metal products.
Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and customer guidelines.
Perform manual placement and hand solder through hole components per specifications
Prep circuit boards for wave solder
Install electronic parts to boards
Crimping, soldering, reading drawings and schematics
Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards.
Continuing to drive continual improvement in quality and environmental performance.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
