Superintendent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Champion GeoBase Installations
- Manage all aspects of the assigned projects from start through closeout
- Direct supervision of multiple crews consisting of subcontractors and company employees
- Build, train, and grow multiple crews to perform field installations, ultimately overseeing the management of them
- As necessary, coordinate directly with project ownership, or designated representatives
- Manages multiple projects requiring effective interaction and coordination with internal company departments as well as external parties
- Responsible for onsite preconstruction activities
- Attend all project, pre-construction, job site and substantial and final completion meetings as required
- Submit Daily Time Sheets and Reports
- Maintain and keep current all construction documents via Project Manager (Submittals, RFI’s, change orders, etc.)
- Conduct regular field inspections ensuring compliance with contract documents
- Responsible for aspects of the project closeout to include but not limited to project walk through with owner and execution of internal punch list
