GeoSearch is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This role serves as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and contract administration
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with regulations
- Review plans for constructability and provide value engineering input
- Evaluate change orders, resolve field issues, and mitigate project risks
- Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Support permitting, approvals, and coordination with public agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 15 years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects (utilities, transportation, water/wastewater, development, etc.)
- 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and construction-phase projects
- Strong background in construction management or construction administration
- Knowledge of permitting, zoning, environmental regulations, and contracts
- Experience with CPM scheduling
- LEED or sustainable design experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Salary : $110,000 - $170,000
