Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Trailer Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with purchasing open and enclosed trailers, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and smooth pickup process.

Can work from home answering calls and responding to online leads. Will be able to schedule appointments and meet in-person for part of the week and have location open during weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing open and enclosed trailers
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Respond to emails
• Provide price quotes
• Complete dealer paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Process sales transactions and collect payments
• Safely hook up trailers to customer vehicles and provide safety training
• Perform safety inspections before customers depart
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic administrative and paperwork handling abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing light physical tasks
• Attention to detail, especially for safety checks and documentation
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule:

• Part-time hours

Compensation:

• Hourly pay starting at $19.50
• and/or commission for every trailer sold
• Commission for reaching monthly, quarterly and yearly quotes

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
