Department Information
Campus Services has created a new department which is designed to be the primary entry point for customer support focusing on delivering seamless, student-centered assistance through multiple channels, including chat, email, phone, and in-person support, ensuring that students, staff, and visitors receive timely, accurate help for Housing, Dining, Credentialing, and more. By leveraging technology and a commitment to service excellence, this department transforms customer insights into operational improvements, supporting a consistently positive campus experience.

Perform advanced custodial services and facilitate and/or oversee routine and detailed housekeeping operations to ensure assigned unit/facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. This position will interact on a regular basis with: staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: staff. This position will supervise: NA.

Job Duty 1 -
Assign and inspect custodial/housekeeping work and related projects/activities to maintain unit/facility cleanliness levels and appearance

Job Duty 2 -
Perform specialized cleaning operations necessary to ensure unit/facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner

Job Duty 3 -
Maintain supply inventory necessary to successfully perform routine and detailed custodial services

Job Duty 4 -
Respond to system-transmitted service requests

Job Duty 5 -
Transport custodial employees to and from work assignments, as necessary

Job Duty 6 -
Operate and/or maintain assigned power equipment related to custodial services, as required

Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Three to five years job related experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Valid Georgia Driver's License

SKILLS
Ability to follow prescribed instructions, effectively communicate, operate basic computer applications and, work independently and as a member of a team.

Salary range: $17.64- $20.91 (commensurate with experience)
