- Manage CoS perspective student recruitment events ("Explore Science and Math" open houses, It's All About Science and Math" visits, CoS academic information webinars), including selected presentations to prospective students and families.
- Support academic and co-curricular activities administered by the CoS Office of the Dean (recruitment, study abroad, Explore Living-Learning Community, GT family weekend, college-level student awards and scholarships, summer programs for visiting undergrad researchers), including management of budgets.
- Manage the CoS undergraduate student ambassadors program and CoS Undergraduate and Graduate Student Leadership Councils.
- Provide administrative support for the Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and Senior Associate Dean.
Coordinate the application process through response to prospect inquiries, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, etc.

Oversee student recruitment/program promotional event preparation.
Job Duty 3 -
Supervise/provide advice for students and prospective students regarding assigned program offerings and academic progress.
Job Duty 4 -
Prepare and disseminate communications materials regarding programs.
Job Duty 5 -
Develop and implement career exploration and job search initiatives, including interview skills training and employer outreach programs.
Job Duty 6 -
Develop and administer program budget.
Job Duty 7 -
Prepare reports related to program performance.
Job Duty 8 -
Review program processes and procedures, and recommend modifications as appropriate.
May plan and supervise daily staff work activities.
Job Duty 10 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Academic Affairs, Business Management, Education, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Six to seven years of job-related experience
Experience in higher education/university academic administration.
This job requires advanced knowledge and skills in educational program management and administration; supervision; customer service; oral and written communication, organization, multitasking; maintaining accounting records; and the use of basic and specialized computer applications.
