What are the responsibilities and job description for the Undergraduate Research Assistant-Spring 2024-ATAS position at Georgia Tech Research Institute?
GTRI's Aerospace, Transportation, and Advanced Systems Laboratory (ATAS) is currently seeking an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Spring 2024 to assist in programs related to virtual reality and haptic feedback development. Work will involve C# programming, data management, hardware design for wearable devices, and Unity development.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Student Assistant/Research Assistant
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university during working semesters
- 3.0 or higher GPA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in C# programming language
- Experience building programs in Unity game engine
- Experience using 3D printers
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas

10–20 hours per week
