What We’re Looking For

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify patient concerns and implement effective solutions to enhance satisfaction

• Bilingual Preferred: Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• Proven Experience: 3 years of esthetic experience; confident with advanced treatments such as chemical peels (Jessner’s, TCA), microneedling, dermaplaning, waxing, and more

• Adaptability: Willing to cross-function and help with front desk, scheduling, and back-office support

• Sales & Product Knowledge: Skilled at recommending and selling skincare products and spa packages

• Client-Focused: Able to evaluate client needs and deliver personalized treatment plans

• Team Player: Willing to support surgical techs and sterile processing if needed

• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues in a clinical setting

• Professionalism & Confidentiality: High standards of ethics and compliance with healthcare practices

What You’ll Do

• Perform facials, microneedling, Morpheus8, dermaplaning, waxing, chemical peels (Jessner’s and TCA), and body wraps

• Conduct skin evaluations, assess contraindications, and suggest home care routines

• Maintain treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with sanitation protocols

• Greet patients warmly, accompany them to treatment areas, and provide exceptional care

• Answer phones and assist with front desk operations including scheduling, payments, and scanning

• Handle patient chart scanning and documentation

• Help order certain office and spa supplies

• Assist with hospital privileges coordination and credentialing documents

• Serve as back-up for surgical tech and sterile processing when needed

• Optional: Perform spray tanning and massage (massage license a bonus, not required)
