Senior Accountant – Multi-Entity Operations

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; weekends as needed

Reports To: Sandra Heming

Georgia Source LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Chickamauga, GA. This position will work directly under Sandra Heming and will handle accounting responsibilities for multiple business entities with a variety of operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts for multiple entities
• Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Complete month-end closing procedures
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Track and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Review financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience handling accounting for multiple companies/entities
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Strong AP and AR experience
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines

Experience with real estate, self-storage, construction, manufacturing, logistics, equipment, or other multi-company operations is a plus.

Compensation

$80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
