The Role We are seeking a highly organized, sophisticated Placement Coordinator to join our Bluffton office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our candidates. You will act as a consultative guide, ushering top-tier household professionals through our rigorous vetting process and preparing them to seamlessly fit our clients' lifestyles and home environments.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Consultation: Speak directly with applicants to thoroughly understand their unique skills, professional experience, and career goals within the household staffing industry.
Rigorous Vetting: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our strict placement standards, which includes overseeing reference checks and compliance documentation.
Candidate Representation: Prepare polished, highly professional candidate profiles for presentation to families, coordinate interview schedules, and support the candidate throughout the hiring and trial phases.
Relationship Management: Provide a five-star experience for our candidates from their initial application through post-placement follow-ups, maintaining a supportive and highly professional tone at all times.
Pipeline Management: Utilize our ATS and automated tech tools to keep candidate files, compliance documents, and communication logs impeccably organized.
Who You Are
Educated & Experienced: A college degree is highly preferred. We are especially interested in candidates with a background in early childhood education, previous teaching experience, or a strong foundation in sales.
