Schedule is flexible but main hours that are required are this
MANDATORY HOURS 3:30 - 8pm either Monday Tuesday and every other Friday OR. Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday (As he only has his children every other fFriday)
Family is willing to provide more hours to do things around the house and those are the hours that are flexible.
When he does not have kids on Friday he can provide up to 19 hours that week
When he does have kids on Friday he can provide up to 24 hours that week
