Dream Nannies is seeking an energetic, engaging, and proactive nanny to join a fun-loving Buckhead family with two adorable little ones an adventurous little boy who will be 2.5 this summer and his easygoing 10-month-old baby sister — with a newborn joining the crew later this year! This is the perfect role for a nanny who truly loves being hands-on with children, thrives in a busy and playful environment, and can confidently keep up with active toddlers, baby milestones, and all the joyful chaos that comes with young children. Their son is full of personality and absolutely loves anything with wheels — trucks, tractors, bikes, sandboxes, splash time, and outdoor adventures are his happy place. He is incredibly social, loves full-on conversations, silly play, books, and grown-up interaction, but can also entertain himself independently when encouraged. His baby sister is about as easygoing as they come — happy, curious, crawling, babbling, and content exploring alongside her big brother whether at the park, in the sandbox, or splashing in the water. Both children thrive on routine, structure, and consistency, and the family is hoping to find a nanny with excellent instincts who can confidently follow schedules while also reading the children’s needs naturally and intuitively.

The ideal nanny is someone warm, playful, communicative, and highly engaging — the kind of caregiver who sings songs, makes silly faces, gets down on the floor to play, encourages milestones, and truly becomes part of the children’s daily world. The family has especially loved having a nanny who keeps them updated throughout the day with photos and communication, and who genuinely focuses her energy on the children. They are looking for someone who aligns with their family values, enjoys maintaining a healthy and organized household environment, and takes pride in being responsible, tidy, and detail-oriented. While childcare is always the priority, there will also be opportunities to help make life run smoothly for this busy family through child-related household support like children’s laundry, loading and unloading the dishwasher, wiping counters, organizing toys and closets, putting groceries away, stocking diapers, washing play mat covers and highchair covers, and occasionally letting in vendors or bringing in packages. A nanny vehicle will be provided, and comfort with transporting children safely is essential, including helping with swimming lessons and eventually getting into the water with the youngest child as she begins lessons.

This role is Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM and offers a wonderful long-term opportunity with a loving, structured, and appreciative family who values teamwork and partnership with their nanny. Mom will be home on maternity leave for 12 weeks after baby number three arrives, and the family plans to work collaboratively during that transition. The children attend preschool at Christ the King in Buckhead during the school year, but are home full-time in the summer, so the nanny should enjoy planning fun activities and keeping busy little ones entertained and engaged. The family would love someone with great energy who can keep up with three young children, ideally someone without young children of their own and who truly enjoys an active, child-focused lifestyle. This position includes W-2 pay, two weeks PTO, sick days, major holidays, and the chance to become an incredibly valued part of a sweet and fun family dynamic.
