Nanny Manager for a Family near Midtown

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, confident, Nanny Manager for an, active family located near Midtown. The family has three children ages 14, 11, and 6, and they are looking for a proactive household professional who can bring consistency, leadership, and a fun energy to the afternoons. The children benefit greatly from routines and clear expectations, so the family is hoping to find someone who can step in with calm authority while also being outgoing, engaging, and willing to be silly and playful.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The nanny will begin the day with household management duties before heading out for school pick-ups around 2:00 PM. Prior to pick-up, the family would love support with keeping children’s spaces organized and helping maintain order in the home. A major focus will be helping reset and manage the younger boy's rooms, by creating systems that keep toys, books, and clothing in their proper places. The family values teamwork and encourages the children to participate in chores, so the nanny should be comfortable making tidying and organization a group effort while still ensuring the home stays neat and functional. 

This role requires someone with experience supporting children with ADHD, as this is a key part of understanding the children and helping them thrive. 

Flexibility is also important for this role, as the family would like the nanny to travel with them when possible, and the ability to do overnights is a requirement.
