Nanny for a Family in Sandy Springs

We are seeking an exceptional Live-Out Nanny/House Manager for a wonderful family in Sandy Springs with children ages 4, 3, 2, and 9 months. You will work in partnership with their morning nanny to support smooth daily routines, and the ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, active, and flexible, with strong infant and toddler experience and the ability to confidently manage at least two children independently when needed. This role includes light household duties such as family laundry, vegetarian-friendly meal prep, errands, and general household assistance alongside the parents or morning nanny. Because Dad travels frequently for work, the position requires comfort staying overnight in the home during travel weeks, with your own private bedroom and bathroom provided. The regular schedule is approximately 40 hours per week: Sunday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m., with Fridays and Saturdays off, though hours may shift with travel or family needs.

During travel weeks, the nanny provides overnight care and morning support from approximately 6:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m., with a travel premium included and daytime hours adjusted to ensure rest and fairness. The family also values a nanny who can travel domestically and internationally twice per year and assist with occasional weekend support. Offering a competitive rate of $30–$32 per hour, this long-term role is ideal for a professional nanny with experience caring for multiple young children—especially three under three—and a background in Early Childhood Education.
