A family in San Antonio is seeking an experienced, engaging full-time nanny for their two children. A strong swimmer is required, and the family is looking for a career nanny with extensive experience in fully managed households. The nanny should be attentive, limit phone use, respect the privacy of the home, and remain calm and nurturing during big emotions or stressful situations.

Responsibilities will include childcare, children’s laundry, meal prep and cooking for the children, occasional family meals, light housekeeping, keeping children’s areas tidy, unloading the dishwasher, stocking supplies, and assisting with errands. The parents handle discipline and want a nanny who uses patience, connection, redirection, and calm communication. The schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00/8:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional schedule changes, travel, and overnight stays.
