They are looking for someone with hands‑on experience supporting children with autism—someone who is firm yet compassionate, structured, proactive, organized, and professional. Both parents work from home, so comfort with that dynamic is important. The boys are physically healthy and mobile, and the family would love a nanny who will actively engage with them and help reinforce the skills they are learning.
Additional duties include doing laundry for the boys, preparing and serving pre‑made meals, light housekeeping related to the children, and keeping track of household supplies as needed.
