Finance Manager – RV Dealership (Cartersville, GA)
We are a growing, family-owned and operated RV dealership – not a car lot.
We specialize in pre-owned travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers, and we’re looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our team. Our previous Finance Manager recently retired after many years with us, so this is a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role.
What We’re Looking For
- Some college education required (finance, business, or related field preferred).
- Previous finance office experience preferred (RV, auto, or powersports)
- Skilled in proper paperwork, deal structuring, and compliance.
- Ability to evaluate credit reports and submit applications to the best lender for the customer after careful credit review.
- No “shotgunning” of credit applications – we value professionalism and customer trust.
- Strong people skills – must be friendly, approachable, and punctual.
- Strong presentation skills to sell protection products (extended warranties, GAP coverage, etc.), with significant commission opportunities. Top performers can realistically earn a six-figure income through product sales.
- Background check will be required prior to employment.
- Email-savvy and detail-oriented in handling electronic documents and lender communications.
- Run and process , follow up on all credit applications in a timely manner.
- Forward completed deals aka contracts to banks in a timely manner.
- Office will then mail deals to banks for funding if required. Most banks are now e-docs.
- Keep sales team up to date with regard to rates and products. Approvals and denials of processed credit applications.
Schedule
- Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Six days a week (Monday–Saturday)
- Thursday is the scheduled day off
