Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using Jobber or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and construction activities comply with industry regulations
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project progress
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and specifications
- Utilize construction estimating tools for accurate cost forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or similar tools to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in large-scale projects involving civil or heavy infrastructure
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other project scheduling tools
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety procedures
- Experience with contracts administration, project coordination, and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
