What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
• Create individualized, research-based treatment plans
• Supervise and coach RBTs and interns—build your dream team
• Collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to track progress
• Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly professional trainings
• Uphold safety and ethical standards (BACB, HIPAA, QBS)

What We’re Looking For

• Current BACB certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• State licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Passion for empowering children with Autism to thrive
