Job Summary

As unprecedented economic development continues to unfold with extraordinarily large customers, the Customer Contracts Analyst will play a key support role in developing and refining processes for executing customer contracts. You will contribute to accurate contract administration, robust reporting, and compliance, while partnering with cross-functional teams to advance business goals. Within the Customer Contracting function, you’ll assist with the end-to-end execution and administration of pricing agreements, ensuring critical records are maintained. This position offers hands-on experience in strategic initiatives, providing valuable exposure across company functions and positioning you for professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, Legal, or technical field
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • Experience with Pricing & Rates, Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, Enterprise Transformation, Costing, Economic Analysis, Finance/Accounting, Technology, Customer Experience, or related functions required
  • Knowledge of GPC business fundamentals, tariffs, rates, rules and regulations, pricing programs, and practices is a plus
  • Experience with contracts, RTP or billing is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Support contract preparation, reviews, execution, documentation, governance, compliance, version control, tracking, demonstrations, billing commencement, retention, and controls
  • Adhere to established practices for contracts
  • Support in maintaining consistency and strength of our contract language and version control across all contract types
  • Coordinate with legal on contract redlines and language interpretation
  • Support regulatory filings, special projects, and the leadership team on initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including AFT, legal, customer choice, and managed accounts
