Role Description The Front Office Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and out, and ensuring a smooth flow at the front desk. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying patient information, and collecting co-pays or required documentation. The Front Office Specialist coordinates with clinical staff to manage patient volume and maintain accurate records in the practice management system. This role also supports a welcoming, professional environment by responding to patient inquiries and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with practice policies.
