Weekday Floating Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $18/hr
Location: Georgia service area (Athens to Lawrenceville)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4p-12a
Pay: $18/hour
Join our team as a Floating DSP and make a difference every day! You’ll support adults with developmental disabilities to live independently, stay active in their communities, and reach their goals.
As a Floater, you’ll provide coverage across different homes and communities, helping each person you serve live their best life.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living needs (personal care, meals, housekeeping)
- Provide transportation and community involvement support
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy
- Follow support and behavior plans as trained
- Travel between service locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift 60 lbs and complete required training
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and good communication skills
Preferred: DSP TAP I or II certification, experience with person-centered support
