Dates/Locations– October 5th - Kankakee, IL
Hours – 6am - 3pm
Performing General Physicals and Silica Clearances
No prescribing or diagnosing
Volume- Typically 25-30 exams/day
Support staff with be there to assist with exams
Mileage Reimbursed at the current IRS Rate- .76/Mile
Lodging provided if needed
Malpractice Insurance Provided
Pay is $80/HR
Pay: $80.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Illinois Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $80
