JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to plan and coordinate the receipt, handling, inventory and distribution of operational support materials including, but not limited to, Point-of-Sale and COAM materials, promotion items and returned instant tickets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, handles employee concerns and problems, assigns work, counsel and recommends disciplinary and other personnel actions.
- Ensure established security procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Manages the process of coordinating, shipping, handling, tracking, distribution and control of operational support materials, promotional items.
- Develops, monitors and maintains transportation schedules.
- Prepares, maintains and distributes monthly inventory records of promotional items, operational support materials and returned instant tickets.
- Manage vendor invoices for accuracy, maintenance and distribution for payment.
- Responds to questions, complaints and requests for information by telephone, in person or by mail from retailers, players, employees, department heads, etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Minimum of five years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Forklift certification is desired or will be required within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy (up to 50 lbs.) materials and supplies.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and as part of a team; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
