Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Einstein Analytics and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven Salesforce solutions, working closely with business and technical teams to enhance automation, insights, and agent productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and customize Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
Develop solutions using Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, and Applied AI features.
Build automation workflows, predictive models, dashboards, and intelligent insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
Ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity across all Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics) and Agentforce.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience implementing AI/ML-driven features and automation within Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and API frameworks (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid onsite setup.
