Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead with a strong banking domain background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with banking industry needs.
Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce tools.
Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems and third-party APIs.
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define technical requirements.
Lead and mentor developers in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
8 years of Salesforce experience, with expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) preferred.
Strong development skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control (Git, Bitbucket, or similar).
Prior experience in banking/financial services is mandatory.
Knowledge of security models, data governance, and compliance standards.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
