Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insulation Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Macon area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads in residential and commercial construction markets
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits, assess insulation needs, and prepare detailed estimates
- Present and sell insulation services tailored to client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience in construction or building materials sales (insulation preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial construction processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand scopes of work is a plus
