We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Student Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students and prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Outbound and inbound phone calls to assist students with enrollment, scheduling, documentation, and general inquiries.
- Respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist students with problem-solving and guide them through school processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure all documentation is compliant.
- Prepare, process, and manage contracts, enrollment paperwork, and other administrative documents.
- Print, file, and distribute required student and school documents.
- Assist instructors with preparing and maintaining class rosters.
- Communicate regulatory requirements, school policies, and procedures clearly and accurately.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and school records.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Comfortable using technology, including email, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
