- Assist the President by attending and taking minutes of meetings and maintain them for

- Supervise the activities of the County Secretary(ies) and approve their timecards
- Perform other related duties and task as assigned

- Must present a professional appearance
- High School Diploma or GED required. 5 years of administrative experience is required,
- Must be able to handle confidential information and pay attention to detail.
