Under minimal supervision, severs as job expert or organization resource in assigned area; participates in the development of conferences, instructional seminars, presentations, and speeches for community and civic organizations and the general public; participates in the outlining of advertising strategies; establishes and maintains positive working relations with area business community, internal, and eternal agency customers, and other related contacts; identifies main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate; identifies, develops, and evaluates communication strategy based on characteristics, cost and markup factors; produce and distributes information material in a variety of media; services as a resource in the development and implementation of outreach communication.
