- Manages casework functions within the Child Support Services office or unit.
- Interprets and applies state, federal and agency laws, rules, policies and procedures and assists staff with sensitive and complex cases.
- Provides human resources management direction to assigned staff.
- Performs administrative assignments as required for the efficient operation of unit.
- Coordinates and participates in local and statewide projects, as requested.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by manager, director or leadership team.
- High school diploma or GED AND Five (5) years of direct job-related experience which includes Two (2) years in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role.
- Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Child Support Services Agent 3 (SST062).
- One (1) year of experience at the lower level Child Support Services Agent 4 (SST063) or position equivalent.
