Qualification:
Experience in research and/or developing training courses that are responsive to the needs of the agency - both staff and justice involve individuals. Provide training for programs and monitor quality results. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure program fidelity. Develop annual training calendars, and review/create lesson plans. Advanced interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills are preferred.
Note:
This position requires a certificate as a P.O.S.T Instructor. Must be trained in Office of Reentry Services programs. Must be able to travel with overnight stays. Must have proficiency in word processing (e.g., MS word), spreadsheet database (e.g., Excel), and presentation software (PowerPoint), and Power DMS
