Job Summary

Assist the Database Manager with data entry and database maintenance.

The student worker will provide educationally beneficial assistance to the University Advancement (Advancement Services)Department.

Responsibilities

Clerical Office Work - 80

Students will perform clerical office duties such as greeting walk-ins, answering phones, filing, scanning, etc.

Other Duties as Assigned - 10

Other projects to be completed as needed.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Other Required Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at Georgia College & State University and must be eligible for Federal Work Study funds.

Be awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) through the Financial Aid Office at GCSU for the current aid year. Federal Work Study awards can be confirmed through the student's PAWS account, Financial Aid, then Award Offer tab.
