Student Ministry (50%)
- Vision & Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for student ministry that aligns with the church’s mission and values.
- Discipleship & Teaching: Foster spiritual growth in students through teaching, discipleship, and engaging experiences that help them live and love like Jesus.
- Relationships & Engagement: Build meaningful connections with students and their families, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Volunteer Development: Recruit, train, and equip a team of adult volunteers to serve in student ministry.
- Events & Outreach: Plan and execute student gatherings, retreats, camps, and outreach opportunities.
- Video & Graphic Design: Create high-quality video content along with digital and print materials to support the church’s communication strategy.
- Production Support: Oversee in-house audio mixing, lighting (using LightKey), and livestream production, ensuring smooth and engaging worship services.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead volunteers to serve in media and production roles.
- Tech Oversight: Maintain and improve church media systems, ensuring reliable operation for services and events.
- Demonstrates leadership competency that meets or exceeds the expectations of the "Leading a Ministry" level within the church’s Leadership Pipeline.
- Engages in ongoing professional development and spiritual growth in alignment

- Be highly relational and passionate about investing in students and their families.
- Possess strong leadership skills, able to cast vision and build teams.
- Be proficient in video production, graphic design, and digital media tools.
- Have experience in live production, audio mixing, and lighting.
- Be a self-starter who thrives in both creative and ministry settings.
- Previous experience in student ministry leadership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), ProPresenter, and LightKey.
- Familiarity with live streaming and church production environments.
