What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associational Missions Strategist position at Georgia Baptist Mission Board?
The Morganton & Mountaintown Baptist Association, a group of 34 churches in Northern Georgia, is seeking the man God will call to be our Associational Missions Strategist. This full-time position will be filled by a person who will help cooperating Southern Baptist Churches in ministry and community outreach. He must be an administrator who has executive experience as well as pulpit presence. Our Association has a wide diversity of churches that work within mostly rural, mountain communities. Our next Associational Strategist will encourage healthy pastoral leadership, cultivate missional partnerships, and aid churches to reach the next generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
