Associate Pastor of Youth and Families

North Gwinnett Baptist Church in Suwannee, GA is looking for an associate pastor of family and youth. We prefer a family man, but it isn't a requirement.

NGC is located right in the middle of Buford, Sugar Hill, and Suwannee Georgia. The church has a large, modern facility and is in a rebirth stage. With a weekly attendance of 70 who are hard workers and givers, we are in a place to grow as the Lord sees fit.

We need an energetic, tech-minded man to come on and help grow the youth and children's side of the ministry. This position won't work alone and will have plenty of hands to make it work. It will take determination and hard work to help the senior pastor make this church what God wants it to be. We are focused on reaching out and seeing people saved.

Specific Expectations

• Work a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Focus on and grow our youth group
• Guide and care for our children's team
• A learner and team player
• Participate in weekly staff meeting
• Preach Sundays when needed and run Wednesday night Bible studies
• Reach out to the community via school, community events, and using Google Ads, Tiktok, Instagram, and other social medias
• Plan and keep a yearly, monthly, and weekly calendar
• Stay in constant contact with the pastor
• Run church’s social media
• Learn, and at times, run the media booth
• Help in any other way as needed.

• A man of character and conviction
• A man that isn’t afraid of his faith
• A family man is preferred but not required
• A man equipped to preach and teach
• A man that can work under authority and with others
