Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Microvellum Engineer located in Georgetown TX. The Microvellum Engineer will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing drawings and designs using Microvellum software. Duties include generating accurate production-ready shop drawings, optimizing material use, supporting the manufacturing team, and ensuring all designs adhere to company quality standards. Collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams will form an essential part of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microvellum software and AutoCAD for drafting and designing
- Strong understanding of woodworking, cabinet manufacturing processes, and material optimization
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, along with effective time management capabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or the woodworking industry is preferred
- A degree in engineering, architecture, design, or a related field is desirable
