Softball- Varsity Head Coach Georgetown Middle High School

There is an open position in the Georgetown Public Schools. POSITION: Coach, Softball- Girls Varsity Coach LOCATION: Georgetown Middle High School SUPERVISOR: Principal and Athletic Director ANNUAL SALARY: Stipend salary per Georgetown Education Association contract. START DATE: Spring 2027 Duties include safety of athletes, writing and supervising workouts for various events, presence at all games, coordinating tryouts, practice planning, game management, fundraising and implementing youth programs. The coach will also work closely with the AD to ensure all school policies/procedures are being followed as it relates to the athletic programs. Will abide by all coaching requirements set for by AD and MIAA. Preferred: Previous experience with softball coaching Experience working with youth athletics Ability to meet the expectations and standards of practices as guided by the MIAA Demonstrates a high degree of energy and a genuine interest in students and their success
