About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Chinese language lessons tailored to early childhood learners
- Create a warm, inclusive, and language-rich classroom environment
- Incorporate Chinese culture, songs, stories, and activities into daily curriculum
- Monitor and support each child's language development and learning progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-child development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom setting
Requirements:
- Associate's degree (AA) or Bachelor's degree (BA) required
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker strongly preferred
- Prior experience teaching Chinese or working in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Ability to create culturally engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
