Job Summary
The Georgetown Inn is seeking a dependable temporary, part-time Handyman / Maintenance Technician to assist with general hotel maintenance and repairs.
This position is seasonal, approximately 20 hours per week and includes on-call responsibilities and some weekend availability.
Duties
- Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- General building and room repairs
- Painting, patching, and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Assisting with property upkeep and general labor projects
- Exterior maintenance and landscaping
- Janitorial duties
- Responding to urgent maintenance issues as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
