What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist - Office Administrator position at Georgetown Family Dentistry?
Georgetown Family Dentistry is a growing private practice dental office ready to hire another Office Administrator. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term home that wants to grow with us. Office Administrator responsibilities include checking in/out patients, managing schedule, coordinating and verifying insurance benefits, managing payments, communicating with patients about their accounts and treatment plans, helping the clinical staff in the back as needed, as well as other administrative duties. Candidate will be trained in our front-office (office admin) and back-office (clinical) protocols by Doctor and existing staff.
Compensation: $18-$25/hour based on skill set and experience
Requirements:
CPR certified
Professional in both appearance and in communication
Ability to produce reliable work
Great customer service
Multi task efficiently
Dependable
Motivated
Excellent logical thinking skills
