Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized House Supervisor to lead and coordinate client care operations within our residential homes. This vital role ensures seamless communication among house team members, maintains high standards of client safety, and oversees daily operational activities to promote an efficient, compassionate, and compliant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, managerial knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
Duties
- Be familiar with and protect client's rights and reports any infractions or suspected infraction immediately.
- Manage the day to day operations of the residential home in addition to providing direct care services to persons with disabilities.
- Oversee the delivery of client care by supervising staff, to ensure adherence to agency protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, assign duties, and manage workflow to optimize resource utilization while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA standards.
- Monitor client assessments, and medical documentation to ensure accurate and timely recording of clinical information using Therap.
- Coordinates and ensures timely paperwork and data collection.
- Responsible for all shift coverage.
- Maintains food service per dietitian orders.
- Remains on call and carries a cellular phone provided by employer.
- Facilitate effective communication at all times with team members and management.
- Support staff development through supervision, training and performance evaluations. Responsible for training new employees.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on client care management if preferred.
- Experience working with diverse client populations including geriatrics with dementia or memory care needs;; behavioral health considerations; and individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of client safety and quality assurance in compliance with HIPAA and Workers’ Compensation Law.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
