Georgetown College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning August 2026. A Ph.D. in Economics with a focus on relevant fields or experience is preferred. Additionally, ABD candidates who expect to complete their Ph.D. by August 2026 are encouraged to apply. The teaching load consists of eight courses per academic year, which typically include Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, intermediate theory, and upper-level courses as required by the curriculum. The ability to teach additional business, finance, or economics courses is considered an asset.
