Baruch Senior Ministries is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Georgetown and Cambridge Assisted Living Home in Grandville, MI. The nurse will provide medication administration, health monitoring, and clinical support to residents in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy building relationships, working in a lower-acuity setting, and making a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition
- Complete nursing assessments and documentation
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff
- Supervise caregivers/medication aides as assigned
- Support resident care plans and wellness goals
- Follow infection control, safety, and assisted living protocols
Requirements
- A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license (required)
- Assisted living, long-term care, or senior care experience preferred
- Strong medication management and documentation skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize resident care
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
