What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Georgetown Apartments?
Georgetown Apartments is looking for another team member to add to our crew. The groundskeeper would be responsible with assisting with the following:
- cleaning, sweep, and generally remove all trash and litter from the grounds, parking areas, carports, pool areas, and all other assigned work areas;
- helping our maintenance technicians with delivering and installing of appliances;
- tree limb and leaf removal from rooftops;
- assist the maintenance technicians with plumbing issues as needed;
- snow removal; and
- all other duties as assigned by Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
Team player must be able to move freely and without restrictions and not afraid of heights as there are times you are required to climb ladders and be on the roof. Growth potential is possible within our company.
Job Type: Full-time
