With a plastic surgeon already on our injector team, we are now looking to add another highly skilled injector to grow with us.
Position Overview:
As a Master Esthetician at Georgetown Allure, you’ll deliver advanced, personalized skincare and aesthetic treatments to a loyal and discerning clientele. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values expertise, warmth, and results. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft and genuinely loves what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced medical-grade treatments including Morpheus8, RF microneedling, chemical peels, aesthetic lasers, dermaplaning, and medical-grade facials
- Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional care and follow-through
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and personalized skincare routines
- Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in medical aesthetics
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience
Qualifications:
- Valid Master Esthetician license in Washington, D.C.
- Experience in advanced medical aesthetics, including Morpheus8, RF microneedling, deep chemical peels, medical lasers, dermaplaning, medical-grade facials, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Knowledge of current trends in skincare and social media is a plus.
- Warm, passionate, and a strong team player, dedicated to helping clients both look and feel better.
